Kevin Borg – Compounding Pharmacist/Owner

Dr. Kevin Borg earned his Pharm.D. degree at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy Glendale, Arizona in 2001. During Pharmacy school he was a member of the Rho Chi Honors Society and has also been the recipient of many awards including the Pfizer Outstanding Leadership Award, Roche Pharmacy Communications Award and the Littlejohn Award. In addition, Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

After working many years for a local independent pharmacy Kevin was looking for an opportunity to interact more closely with his patients in a community pharmacy setting. He received specialized training in both general and sterile compounding with an emphasis in hormone replacement and pain management therapy. Coupled with his desire to serve his patients in a more intimate setting and his long time interest in compounding, Kevin decided to fulfill his dream and opened Potter’s House Apothecary in April 2009.

Jodi Burgess – Compounding Pharmacist

Dr. Jodi Burgess earned both her bachelor’s degree in Bio Medical Science and her Pharm.D. degree from Midwestern University College of Pharmacy Glendale, Arizona in 2006. During Pharmacy school she was a member of the Phi Lamda Sigma Honorary Leadership Society. In addition to Class President she served on the Executive Council and was Student Senate President. Jodi has also been the recipient of many awards including the Outstanding Community Service and University Service Awards, the Leadership Stewart Award and the National Sign Post Research Achievement Award. Jodi has an extensive background in Pharmaceutical Research with various companies that she also achieved publication for.

After graduation Jodi became the Northwest District Diabetic Educator for a major chain Pharmacy and received training at the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston as well as Harvard University. Since joining the Potter’s House team Jodi has received specialized training in the area of compounding as well as Bio-Identical Hormones and Cosmeceuticals.

Jodi has a heart for serving the community and a real passion for people and their pets; she also currently serves on the committee for the Make a Wish Foundation. Jodi is extremely knowledgeable, great with patients and is an excellent addition to our team.
